Samsung has started rolling out the One UI 8.5 update. This new interface first appeared with the Galaxy S26 series. More Galaxy phones and devices will get this update soon.
Samsung has not released an official list of eligible devices yet. However, many expect the update to come to most phones that already have One UI 8.0. Devices launched with One UI 8.0 will likely receive it.

When Will the Update Arrive?
Samsung has not shared an official timeline for One UI 8.5. But since it's already on the Galaxy S26 series, it should come to other devices in the next few months.
The update is currently being tested on the Samsung Galaxy S25 series. There are plans to expand testing to Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 7 and Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 7 phones later.
This update might be the last major system update for some devices. After this, they may only receive security patches.
